    The ingredients require are as follows:
  • 10 cups of cake flour,
  • 4 cups of milk
  • 2 cups of Shortening
  • 6 cups of White sugar
  • 10 Egg whites
  • 12 tea spoons of Baking powder,
  • 4 tea spoons of Salt,
  • 3 tea spoons of Vanilla extract,
  • 2 tea spoons of Almond extract
  • The procedure to bake the cake is as follows:
  • First in a large bowl, soften the shortening and keep it aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites and add two cups of sugar spoon by spoon. So that the mixture becomes fluffy and blends well.
  • In other bowl, sift the flour, salt and four cups of sugar. Add this flour to the shortening kept aside. Mix it well.
  • Take three cups of milk and add vanilla and almond extract. Once that is mixed, add it to the flour mixture.
  • Add the egg white- sugar mixture and one cup of milk to the flour mixture and blend it together.
  • As the white cake in three layered, use three separate greased baking pans to bake the cakes.
  • Pour the batter in three different baking pans and bake them for 30 minutes in pre heated oven at 325 degree.
  • Let the three cakes cool. Once they are cool. Combine them with icing and frosting. Arrange the layers according to their sizes.
  • The cake is ready to serve.
