Mexican Wedding Cakes
1 c. butter Procedure: Cream butter and sugar; add remaining ingredients. Roll out in small rolls, less than 2" in diameter, or small balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and refrigerate 1 hour. Bake in 375 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while still hot, then again when cool.
