Mexican Wedding Cakes

1 c. shortening butter
4 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. confectioners' sugar for coating cookies

Procedure:

Mix ingredients by hand. Form into small 1 inch balls. Place on greased cookie sheets and bake at 350 degrees from 15-20 minutes. When cool roll in powdered sugar.
