Mexican Wedding Cakes

1 c. butter
3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Procedure:

Mix all ingredients and roll by hand into 3/4" diameter balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet on 3rd guide from bottom and bake in slow oven at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes. Roll in confectioners' sugar while still hot and repeat when cool. Makes about 3 dozen.
