Hawaiian Wedding Cake

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. baking powder
2 eggs, unbeaten
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained

Procedure:

Sift flour, sugar and soda. Add eggs, nuts, coconut and pineapple. Mix well but do not beat. Pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.

Topping:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Procedure:

Soften cream cheese and butter. Add vanilla and sugar. Mix well. Frost cake while warm.
