Hawaiian Wedding Cake

2 eggs
2 c. sugar (I use 1 1/2 c.)
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (including juice)

Cream CHeese Frosting:

8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 stick softened butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. chopped nuts

Procedure:

Mix first 5 ingredients together with spoon (not mixer). Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Frosting: Blend with mixer soften cream cheese and softened butter, vanilla and confectioners' sugar. Spread on cooled cake and sprinkle with nuts.
