Mexican Wedding Cake

Cake:

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. soda
1 c. pecans
1 (20 oz.) pineapple, crushed and juice

Icing:

1 block butter
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (3 oz. or 8 oz.) block cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Procedure:

Mix all together in large bowl with a wooden spoon - no mixer. Do not grease pans.
