Mexican Wedding Cake

1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 lg. can crushed pineapple and the juice
2 eggs slightly beaten

Procedure:

Mix all together well. Pour into a Pam sprayed pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Bake in a 9x12 size pan or a 12 inch round pan.

Icing:

1 stick butter
3 or 4 oz. cream cheese
1 c. or more if needed powdered sugar to make it of a good spreadable consistency.
