    Ingredients used in the frosting recipe are:
  • 2 cups of butter
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 cups of shortening
  • 4 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 16 cups of confectioner's sugar

    Procedure to prepare frosting is as follows:

  • In a large bowl, mix butter and shortening. Mix it until is becomes creamy.
  • Slowly add sugar cup by cup, followed by milk and vanilla extract to the creamy mixture
  • Blend the mixture in an electric blender until it becomes fluffy
  • White frosting is ready to decorate wedding cake.

    Recipe of White Chocolate Mocha frosting:

    Ingredients used in the frosting recipe are:

  • 4 packs of white chocolate
  • 10 teaspoons of coffee granules
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 6 cups of confectioner's sugar

    Procedure to prepare frosting:

  • In a small bowl dissolve coffee in milk.
  • In a large bowl, mix butter and milk chocolate. Beat it till the mixture becomes creamy and smooth. Add vanilla extract now
  • Gradually add a cup of sugar, followed by coffee mixture to the creamy mixture in the large bowl. Repeat this until all the sugar is blended into the mixture.
  • Beat the mixture well and the frosting is ready.
